Not sure what to do with all your leftover pumpkin puree? These pumpkin chocolate chip breakfast bars are simple, healthful and the perfect way to start the day!
- 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
- 2. Combine all dry ingredients.
- 3. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
- 4. Spread mixture into a greased 8x8 pan.
- 5. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Note: These must be refrigerated. The first time I made them I did not refrigerate them, and they went rancid pretty quickly.
