Over the course of the past several years I’ve been switching to more natural skincare products for my entire family–and especially for my babies.
Check out the products they sent me to try:
Check out the thickness of the soaps!
Lavender Oatmeal Soap: This exfoliating soap is made with pure lavender essential oil and ground-up oatmeal. It smells oh-so-yummy and makes your skin super soft!
Nude Soap: This soap is just the simplest form of soap there is…no scents and perfect for babies (and all the way up to grandmas, too!).
I LOVED the thickness of these soaps. Some natural soaps are so tiny they barely last a few days. These bars of soap are cut THICK!
This cream reminded me of a cross between Desitin and California Baby. It does contain zinc oxide, so I would use a good, thick liner (not a thin flushable liner) if using with cloth diapers. It works very well and I love that it is 100% natural. I am not a big fan of California Baby, but this cream is thicker. This same formula has been used for decades in Europe!
This is the Third Day Naturals answer to petroleum jelly-based skincare products. It works and feels very similar to Vaseline–without all the junk! I used it on my baby’s diaper rash. It is cloth diaper safe as long as you don’t over use it (and never rub it into your diapers–just into the skin it helps heal!). It is unscented and gentle for even the tiniest baby’s bum!
I love, love, love lotion bars. If you haven’t tried them, you’re missing out! They work much better are are less messy than traditional lotions. Third Day Naturals’ is free of parabens, phathalates and petrochemicals (aka all the bad stuff in regular lotions).
It looks like soap, but it’s skin-softening lotion! You body heat melts the lotion into your skin, and it lasts a long time! I love the tin case the Third Day Naturals bars come in.
This lip balm goes on smooth and makes for super soft lips. They do offer other lip balms of various scents, but this unscented one is perfect for those with the most sensitive skin. (I love that it’s called “liberated”!)
This was my first time to try Third Day Naturals. I really liked the products. This is a husband-wife-owned business, and I love supporting mom-and-pop type shops over big businesses any day.
Anyone who orders my book this week will receive a 5% off coupon code to Third Day Naturals!
