Gluten-Free Apple Cake



  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Lightly grease an 8"x8" pan
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices in large bowl
  4. Combine coconut oil, maple syrup, water, applesauce and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir in apples.
  5. Add apple mixture to flour mixture. Stir until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool on rack, then cut and serve.
