Mix all ingredients in a blender (I used my belovedĀ Blendtec!). For an even more intense chocolate taste, add some raw cacao powder!
To make this shake Trim Health Mama compliant, you can use 1/2 serving of Skinny Gut powder to make it a S or substitute the almond butter with 1 tsp. defatted peanut flour to make it an E.
