You will want to make this pumpkin cream smoothie every day! It's even gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free! Delicious!

Pumpkin Cream Smoothie {Gluten, Dairy and Sugar-Free}



  1. Pour milk into smoothie cup.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Add pumpkin puree.
  4. Add stevia (or honey).
  5. Add pumpkin pie spice.
  6. Add protein powder and/or molasses (if using).
  7. Blend on high speed until ice is crushed and smoothie is completely smooth.
  8. Turn off the blender and open the top. Add in the coconut cream and the nuts (if using).
  9. Blend a few more seconds until the coconut cream turns the orange a creamier color.


I make most of my smoothies in the single serve cup of my Ninja Pro.
