Healthy Homemade Chocolate Milk

Ingredients

  • 8 oz milk
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 Tbsp collagen hydrolysate
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a 16 oz mason jar or tall glass with wide bottom.
  • Use immersion blender to mix until smooth (Alternatively, blend in a blender and pour into drinking glass).

Notes

This chocolate milk goes FAST at my house. I usually mix 4 cups at a time in a half gallon mason jar. The immersion blender fits down into the jar and there is plenty of extra space so the milk doesn't spill over when mixing.
Leftovers can be covered and refrigerated. Use a spoon to give the mixture a good stir just before serving.
