Ingredients

frozen spinach

cup
grass-fed
whole milk yogurt
3
TB
almond butter
3
TB
cocoa powder
6-8
frozen strawberries
1
tsp
cinnamon powder
2
TB
maple syrup
or sweetener of choice: raw honey, dates, etc.
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add more ice or a banana.
