Sun Protection Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup grass-fed whole milk yogurt
  • 3 TB almond butter
  • 3 TB cocoa powder
  • 6-8 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 TB maple syrup or sweetener of choice: raw honey, dates, etc.

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add more ice or a banana.
