Creamy Clementine Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk
  • 2 small clementines peeled
  • 1/2 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp. Pyure or 1.5 Tbsp Gentle Sweetor 3/4 tsp. Super Sweet
  • 1/2 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt OR 1/2 cuplow-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. collagen
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • handful of ice

Instructions

  • Starting with the milk, toss all the ingredients into the blender. I find that placing my liquid closest to the blade makes for easier blending. Blend until smooth!

Notes

This smoothie contains pulp from the orange. If you do not like pulp, you can always try straining it.
