strawberries

cup
blueberries
1/2
cup
raspberries or blackberries
1/2
cup
yogurt
my husband uses ice cream or sorbet instead
splash of 100% pure fruit juice
1/2
cup
ice cubes
unless the berries are frozen
Optional healthy add-ins: Brewer’s Yeast
ground flax seed, vitamin D drops, powdered probiotics
Instructions
Toss everything into a blender and blend until you have a smashing summer smoothie!
