Mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Cover, store in an airtight container, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes: If you don't want to use the dill relish, you could always just finely chop 1-2 tablespoons of dill pickles. A little fresh dill may add a nice touch as well. You can also use sweet relish if you prefer. Not a fan of yellow mustard? You can use dijon mustard instead! Want to lower the fat content? Use 0% Greek yogurt instead of the mayo.
