Remove salmon or tuna from pouches and mash well with a fork.
Add eggs, oat flour, chili powder, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to fish mixture and combine well.
Scoop heaping tablespoons of the fish mixture into hands and form patties.
Place patties in a well-oiled skillet. Brown for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until well browned.
Sprinkle paprika on the top of each patty.
Serve with fish sauce, tarter sauce, hot sauce, or any seasonings of choice!
