1. Mix baking mix, grated cheese and raw sausage together with hands.
2. Add 1/4 cup water to help dough and meat/cheese combo stick together. Add more water if the dough is not sticking.
3. Form dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
4. Bake on 300 degrees F for 30 minutes or until balls are cooked through.
Notes
*My family was dairy-free for about 3 1/2 years, but we have just started adding back dairy in limited amounts. We seem to do best with raw milk cheese, which I used in this recipe.
