Protein-Packed Dairy-Free Bulletproof Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1-2 scoops collagen
  • 1-2 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil*
  • splash of unsweetened nut milk
  • stevia to taste

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender for 10 to 15 seconds. Serve immediately.

Notes

*If you do not like the taste of coconut oil, switch out the virgin coconut oil for a refined coconut oil. Refined coconut oil is not quite as healthful, but it is flavorless.
