For those following a ketogenic diet, there are plenty of great snack options to choose from. Sweet potato chips made with coconut oil and almond flour are a great option for satisfying your sweet tooth without the carbs. For those who love salty snacks, kale chips made with sunflower seeds and egg whites are a delicious and nutritious choice. Cheese crisps made with mozzarella cheese are another great snack option that is zero carbs and high in fat.
