I think you will love these 7 gluten-free dinners made with ingredients from ALDI!
It’s no secret that I’ve a huge fan of ALDI. I’ve been shopping for my family’s groceries there for nearly ten years now–since my newlywed days.
When I first began shopping at ALDI, I was delighted to find many items on our grocery list, but I still had to frequent quite a few other stores to find everything we needed. This was especially true when we became gluten-free.
Within the past year or so, I’ve seen a huge shift in my grocery shopping. With ALDI’s introduction of both their SimplyNature and liveGfree lines, I can now get 90-95% of my groceries at ALDI!
This saves me both time and money. I do not have to waste gas, running all over town shopping for groceries, and ALDI’s low prices almost always beat competitors. For the very few things I do have to purchase somewhere else, I can shop online.
Truly, I can find nearly everything I need at ALDI to prepare healthy, gluten-free meals for my family.
I hope you will enjoy the following 7 gluten-free meals made with ALDI ingredients! Note that some of these need very minor substitutions with gluten-free ingredients you can purchase from ALDI!

I love Aldi, but haven’t got around to trying any of the new gluten free options yet. These may have to be my inspiration!
Erin
They are excellent, Meagan, and many of the baking mixes have very good ingredients–the same ingredients I use when I make the same things from scratch!
AllergyMomma
Is aldi sausage gluten free? I can’t find confirmation of that anywhere.
More Than Kale
We’ve been looking for cheap meal ideas that taste good. Boy, it hasn’t been easy! With the cold weather we’ve had in Ohio recently, the chilli will be a perfect weekend meal. Thank you as always for another great post.
Erin
I hope you enjoy the chili! It’s warming up this week in NC!!

I think I say “I LOVE Aldi!” at least once a week. After living away from one for several years, it was lovely to move back home and have one within a few miles. The prices are amazing, I love getting to walk down four aisles and have everything right there, and am just loving all their new healthy/organic items: real maple syrup, chia seeds, organic coconut oil, organic gala apples… Yep, I love Aldi.
We’re not g-free, but these meals ideas look delicious!
Erin
I say that all the time too, Anna!!
Lisa @ This Pilgrim Life
We aren’t gluten-free but these meals look delicious. I’m a fan of any meal that focuses more on vegetables and proteins than fillers 😉
Erin
Thanks, Lisa!

I love Aldi a ton. It is my go to place for vegetables in particular. I have seen all of those gluten free options, but I don’t personally need them. However, my mom needs gluten free these days, so these are perfect recipes and ideas for me try out for her. She has only recently found out that she has gluten intolerances. It is making it difficult for her especially at holidays and stuff.
Thanks for this great list. 🙂
Erin
I get pretty much all of our produce at ALDI. I LOVE it! I hope your mom likes the GF selections!
Debra
We just recently got an Aldi close to us. We did make the trip to a nearby town to go to Aldi several times in the past years but now we have one closer. I am a fan of the produce, but hadn’t tried any of the prepared meals from there yet. Those you have posted look really good. I will investigate other selections on my next visit.
Thanks for sharing
Debra
