This peanut butter smoothie bowl will make you feel like you’re eating a decadent dessert! I hope you enjoy it!
What is a smoothie bowl?
3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup Silk almond milk (Read this post for why I prefer Silk and have for years now.)
- 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 frozen banana
- Optional: chocolate chips or other toppings of choice
- Optional: 1 cup ice for an extra thick smoothie bowl
Instructions
Add the 3 ingredients to a blender and blend on the lowest setting that will work for the frozen banana. I had to turn it on a higher speed for my basic blender, but I now use a Blendtec high-powder blender. I have to use the very lowest setting on this one or it liquifies this recipe. If that is the case for you, add an extra banana* and the cup of ice.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips or other toppings of choice! Even a drizzle of softened peanut butter on top of your smoothie bowl would be fun!
Notes
*If you add the extra banana, you will definitely want to divide the smoothie bowl between two people because it will be extra sweet!
Enjoy!

This looks amazing!! my kids will love it. thank you !! Have you ever tried this with unsweetened almond milk?
Erin
I have, and it was great! I will say to do a taste test. The banana made it plenty sweet for me, but some people will need to ad a bit of sweetener to taste. Enjoy!! 🙂

I’ve been making banana ice cream in my blender recently by whizzing up some frozen banana slices. I never thought about adding peanut butter – what a brilliant idea! I too am a peanut butter addict, my favourite has got to be peanut butter on crumpets! (I’m from the UK!)
Erin
You are going to love this SO much!
