A homemade dairy-free blended ice coffee recipe is a great afternoon pick-me-up!
Although I pride myself on only drinking one cup of coffee each day, sometimes I need an afternoon pick-me-up.
A quick, easy, homemade dairy-free blended ice coffee is the perfect treat that I need to get going again.
Homemade blended ice coffee can also be an easy recipe to whip up for a party, like a get together for a Monday night football game. All you need to create your favorite coffee shop flavors at your gathering is a high speed blender and a handful of ingredients!
Our family has been mostly dairy-free for the over three years now, so we make our blended ice coffees with a dairy-free milk. The opportunities for blended ice coffee flavors are limitless. You can add various extracts to enhance the flavor–like mint, vanilla, almond, etc.
One of my favorite blended ice coffees is a mocha.
Without further ado, check out this recipe for a mocha homemade dairy-free blended ice coffee!

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!

Wow!! I’ve been wanting to make this since I saw this post and I finally did this morning. It is absolutely delicious!!! This is going to be my new favorite treat! Thanks so much for sharing this. I also try to limit dairy and refined sugar, but I love coffee drinks like this, so it’s absolutely perfect 🙂

HI Erin…I add one little extra ingredient…xanthum gum. It helps prevent the separation of ingredients.
